Jo's Candies, established in 1946, is a large chocolate confection company based in the US. Jo's Candies chocolate products are sold by major retailers such as Nordstrom, Dean & Deluca's, Williams-Sonoma, Caribou Coffee, and Whole Foods, as well as hundreds of coffee shops Nationwide. They have won numerous International awards for taste and quality.

Jo's Candies required a new ecommerce website design having a more modern, up-to-date look and one which would appeal strongly to chocolate-lovers. We began with a week-long series of photo shoots capturing the unique beauty and look of each product. During this same time, a website design was created that included a crisp, white page area for each product and which would be set off against a deep, chocolate colored background. Because of the extensive product line, a unique expanding menu was developed to keep the pages in the site spacious and easy to read, yet allowing the visitor to select the exact product(s) of interest to them. The site also includes full ecommerce features allowing visitors to make complete purchases on-line, and offering the client extensive flexibility to offer special product pricing and shipping options at various times of the year.
