Glen Helen Nature Preserve
Glen Helen is a private nature preserve in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Spanning over 1,100 acres, it houses 20 miles of hiking/ trails, several forests, limestone cliffs and waterfalls. At the end of a six mile hike I discovered a fantasy-like ghost forest filled with partially submerged trees. I spent the next two mornings in fog, rain, frost and clear skies photographing captivating scenes like this one as the first rays of sunlight filtered through a dense fog. [Photo 2897]
