I’m always drawn to trees that stand alone on the landscape. Perhaps it’s how they stand out against the horizon that so quickly draws my eye or that sometimes causes me to consider how they’ve survived where others could not. In this case, a beautiful lone tree marks the dividing line separating two very different crops in various stages of maturity. [Photo 3591-2]
