White Sands National Park, NM
A 90-minute hike in the dark beginning at 4:30 AM brought me to this remote sand dune at White Sands National Park in New Mexico. This sunrise photograph was made as the sun crested the horizon and the first rays of daylight painted deep warm colors on this sand dune and in the distant clouds. [Photo 0082]
