Milky Way, Yosemite National Park, CA
Perhaps the most photographed location in Yosemite National Park is Yosemite Valley, the home to well known sights such as El Capitan, Half Dome and Yosemite Falls. While most people know these sights through photographs made during daylight, I wanted to create an image that conveyed the size, sense and scale of this eons old location set against the nighttime sky and revealing the Milky Way [Photo 6001]
