Hocking Hills, Ohio
Cedar Falls is one of nearly one dozen waterfalls in Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio. Due to lack of rain for the previous month, the first time I saw this waterfall it consisted of only a thin stream of water. I returned there three times and on my final visit following an all-night rainstorm water was flowing rapidly cascaded down the rockface and into a reflecting pond below. While most of the day was heavily overcast, for a few fleeting moments the sun burst through an opening in the clouds highlighting the waterfall and pond which helped create this enchanting scene..
