The Rich Street Bridge was originally built in 1917 but demolished due to safety reasons. The newest bridge, completed in 2012, was designed with architecture that pays tribute to the prior bridge. Scioto Night documents that historically recreated architecture and pays tribute to the city’s long and vibrant history. This image was made using a modern digital camera and vintage (circa 1900) photographic glass filters to create and convey a sense of its present day architecture and in a historic photographic fashion.
