Yellowstone National Park, WY
A 45-minute hike in 17° temperatures brought me to this vantage point of Yellowstone Lake to photograph the full moon during the late night sky. With the temperatures at Yellowstone Lake slightly above freezing the resulting fog and water reflection of the rising moon produced beautifully saturated colors and silhouettes of the trees along the shoreline.
